The VanMoof email communication revamp involved a comprehensive re-design, based on a well though-out customer journey, in collaboration with team Digital. This involved creating designs for a wide range of newsletters, including promotional, product, customer support, retention, and company update emails. To ensure flexibility and versatility, the designs were broken down into individual "blocks" that could be combined in different ways to assemble the ideal newsletter for each occasion. The result is a streamlined, clean and user-friendly email communication system that aligns with VanMoof's brand identity and provides customers with a consistent, enjoyable experience.
Nadia has been working with us in the inhouse studio for about 6 months, but actually she was part of the team for about 2 years due to her freelance work.
