A complete redesign of VanMoof’s email communication. Together with the Digital team, I refreshed the entire email system with a thoughtful new design grounded in the customer journey. The redesign included a wide range of newsletters and newsletter sections, such as promotions, product updates, customer service emails, retention flows and company updates. To ensure full flexibility, we structured the designs into modular blocks that can be combined in countless ways to create the ideal email for any purpose. The result is a streamlined, clear and user-friendly email system that aligns seamlessly with the VanMoof brand and delivers a consistent customer experience across every interaction.



Nadia has been working with us in the inhouse studio for about 6 months, but actually she was part of the team for about 2 years due to her freelance work. She has been an absolute joy to work with, delivering amazing design work within no time, taking a lot of ownership, has great communication skills, and always looking for ways to improve. Nadia has worked on over 150+ projects for VanMoof with a very broad variety. For example designing pop-up stores, revamping our full CRM identity, creating test-ride events, investment decks, supporting on the VanMoof S3 & X3 launch, brand store updates and way way more.. Besides being a great designer, Nadia is most of all a great person to work with. Her calm, yet can-do personality will give your team a brilliant core. Nadia has really lifted the level of our output at VanMoof and I would recommend her to everyone!
